  Had to exchange pair wrangler geans that received for Xmas. No recite, just tags off jeans. Took less time to do the exchange jeans, than it did to walk each way to and from store, and I was maybe 60 feet from entrance. Stuff very courteous, and was actually pleasant, no unnecessary policies involved mandated corporate office. Employee was polite, very courteous, professional, and young lady even offered to make the trip over to area of sales floor to get new pair for me.. Honestly can't remember anything comes close anywheres else to this experience , from any other chain store for similar type of business needed. Thanks Academy Greenville, Texas
